There are two methods to send logs and database to Tablet Command.  The first is to use the upload tool, which is convenient especially if you do not have an email client setup on the device running Tablet Command, or if the database is particularly large.  The second is to email the logs and database.


Upload Logs and Database:


1.  Tap on the Gear icon in the bottom left of the screen.

2.  Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up window and tap on "App Support"

3.  Tap on the "Upload" button next to Upload To Support

4.  Please add as much detail as possible and then tap "Confirm" to start the upload.

5.  Depending on your connectivity and the size of the files, it can take some time for the upload to complete.

6.  You will see progress bar and then a confirmation that the files were uploaded.


Email Logs and Database:


1.  Tap on the Gear icon in the bottom left of the screen.

2.  Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up window and tap on "App Support"

3.  Tap on "Email Database to Tablet Command" and then tap "Confirm" when prompted.

4.  Please add as much detail as possible to the body of the email and then tap "Send" at the upper right.

5.  Repeat Step 4 after tapping on "Email Logs to Tablet Command"
