Starting August 31, 2023 existing apps must target API level 31 (ver12) or above to remain available to users on devices running Android OS higher than your app’s target API level. Apps that target API level 30 (ver11) or below, will only be available on devices running Android OS same or lower than your apps’ target API level.
We apologize for this inconvenience. It is driven by the Google Play Store policy that Apps must support the current SDK version and one back so in our case we are stuck supporting Android 34 (ver14) and Android 33 (ver13) to be available on the highest number of devices. This is something we do not have any control over if we want our App to be available on the largest number of devices.
